i got 256mb of ddr2700 in my system right now... i would like to upgrade to 1gig of RAM...
i was wondering: should i go w/ "2 chips of 512 DDr 3200" of ethier kingston, or Crucial... i cant decide what type of ram to get.. my current set up is listed down below...
Also what other upgrades would you do with this setup... I am considering gettin a new case, full tower - for more cooling and air flow..
Antec Performance Plus PLUS1080AMG Antec Metalic Gray 1mm SECC Steel Server Computer Case 430W Power Supply --> the case i was considering...

Please let me know on anything i should do in the future of this system to make it better...

Amd Athlon 2400XP
120 gig maxtor hard drive
ATI 9000 pro 128 video card
Lian- Li Case ( mid size)
Sony 16x dvdRW
3.5 drive
 
i'm partial to crucial.. i say get 2x512mb of their value ram.

i wouldn't do anything else to the rig though.. save up for an a64 ;)
 
if i choose amd64 in the future ill need a new MB, wont that mean new RAM, or will the ram i get now be compitable?
