Memory upgrade recommendation

I've been out of the hardware game for a while and am looking for an upgrade recommendation. What I have now is corsair XMS 3200 Low latency 2x 256. I am looking to upgrade to a gig. Ocing isn't important because I'm running my 2.6C at 250 FSB with a 5:4 multiplier, meaning the memory is running at stock. Keeping in mind that money is very much an issue, what should I pick up?
 
Well, if you don't care about running your mem in dual channel mode, just grab a 512 stick and you're good to go. You could pick up a stick of the same Corsair you have now for around $120 at most places.
