Would lowering memory timings have any performance affect on F@H.

Currently Using: Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 5-5-5-12 1.8V
Running at: 333Mhz (667Mhz Effective) 1:1
Core 2 Duo System

I don't think so, probably not by a whole much. I've my ram overclocked from DDR2 800Mhz to DDR2 908Mhz and I have it on the same timings - still stable. I guess if you can you could trying lower the timings to 4-4-4-12 2T at whichever voltage it supports.
