Memory Timings

So when my RAM is tested to run at 3-2-2-5 with CAS Latency of 2, which setting do the 3-2-2-5 correspond to in my BIOS? I'm pretty sure I can find the CAS Latency and set that down from 3 to 2, but how about the other 4? It seems like they are used universally but I can't figure out which each one corresponds to in my ASUS BIOS and I want to ensure that they are set correctly.

Also, for the voltages, I have a 2.6, 2.7, and 2.8V choice in the BIOS and my RAM is tested to run at 2.75. Should I run it at 2.7 or 2.8?
