Memory Timings on 8500 LE 128MB

Does anyone know what the optimum memory timings are for an ATI 8500 LE 128MB? I just got my clock up to 285 and memory to 280 using the stock cooling, but I'm wondering if I can change the memory timings to give it a little more kick. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm almost 100% sure you cany change videocard memory timings...
