I cant get my Memory to run at Full Speed

I have two sticks of 512 and one stick of 1024, all the sticks are DDR400

but all the sticks are running at DDR333

I got CPUZ and found that the timing on the 1024 Stick might be causing the problem as the timings are as below :

512 Sticks :

CAS = 2.5
RAS to CAS = 4
RAS Pre. = 4
TRAS =8

1024 Stick :

CAS = 2.5 or 3.0
RAS to CAS = 3 or 3
RAS Pre. = 3 or 3
TRAS = 7 or 8

I hope this makes sense

Is there anyway to force the 1024 to run at CAS of 3.0 and will that acheive all of the sticks to run at 400Mhz

The timings are not the issue here. You are asking your MOBO and CPU to use 1 channel of memory in dual channel mode and the other in single channel mode. This is not a good idea. The bios is slowing the speed to try to achieve stability.

You need to remove the 1024mb DIMM or, add a second EXACTLY matched 1024mb DIMM to the same channel as the existing 1024mb DIMM. However, due to the load of 4 DIMMs and the unmatched sizes in each channel, the bios may still try to slow the system down.
