i will soon be purchasing a new 3.2e prescott to compliment my wc setup and is7. my question to all you hardware gurus is what memory would you sugggest that is almost definitely going to be able to run 250 mhz 1-1?? My old corsair pc-4000 had 3d artifacts at this "stock " level.
thanks

3D artifacts won't be caused by ram.

Lots of ram runs at 250, it depends on your timings. BH5 is the king, TCCD comes in a close second. There is some new OCZ coming out which loooves voltage. With a DDR booster I've seen it hit 275 @ 3.4v, 1T 2-2-2-5 perfectly stable. You might be interested in that, should be out in a week or two :)

I believe it's called OCZ Voltage eXtreme.

thanks for your quck reply...ill look into that ram.
as for artifacts caused by ram, well all i can say is that i switched the corsair stuff out for p-3500 and i no longer had any artifacts.
thanks
