I have never overclocked before but bunch of my friends have... so I am getting some help.

But, I have a question about memory speeds when overclocking... I haven't picked a "brand" yet... but i have been looking at mushkin lately and was wondering what would be the smartest buy. I read an anandtech article that made me think lower timings were better than higher speed but I didn't know if a certain speed was better for overlcoking or not.... I just don't know which is better for overclocking or if the speeds matter when overclocking. I am looking to overclock a core i7 930.
