Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
so i already have 2 x 512MB sticks of corsiar PC2700 memory......could i add another pair of PC3200 sticks?? would they work fine together or should i just stick to adding another gig of PC2700?
They'll work, but the pc3200 would be restricted to 2700 speeds. A waste of money if you ask me. Now, if you're replacing the 2700 sticks with the 3200, it'll only really pay off if you need the extra FSB speeds, or if your current ram uses really loose timings. Also, to add 2 more sticks, you'd need 4 slots on you mobo. Most only have 3 slots.
