Memory Recommendation

After reading through all these post I can’t decide what memory to go with for the rest of my system. So far I have the E6300 and the Asus P5B-E picked out. I want to over clock and hit a stable 3.0 GHZ; Right now I have an Antec P150 so Cooling should be ok. What would be my best choice for memory? Best bang for the buck too, cheap is good. Thanks in advance.. :)

PC5400 DDR2 has been highly underrated lately even though you can run it at PC6400 specs for far less cash... Corsair is quite good at that... (sig :) ).
Mine runs at 800+ MHz with ease and some other PC5400 Corsair's (black series) have seen 900+ MHz... Good luck...

dude, my GeIL Value RAM can also reach 850mhz quite easily, and it's rated at 533mhz. 800mhz isn't surprising anymore. I'd recommend you go for DDR2 800 (PC2-6400). You can get more performance out of it. I'd recommend Crucial Ballistix, Super Talent RAM, Corsair XMS CAS-3, Mushkin XP-6400, or Firestix (forgot who made them). They all utilize D9 ICs, which overclock incredibly well.
