memory recognition issues..........

I have four 1GB Corsair mem sticks in my AN8 32x board. When windows boots, and I go into control panel then system, all it's showing is 2.5GB. any suggestions on how to fix this? the bios recognizes all 4 GB.
 
set the memory hole MMIO or whatever the otpion is called to remap the memory in the bios to enable.

then switch to windows xp 64bit
