Memory Leak problem?

I have recently upgraded to a NF7-s from an old epox 8kha+ which went bad, it wasnt booting and would flash a bunch of weird colors on the screen etc.

So i got a new psu and the nf7s.
I reformatted reinstalled windows only got 2 games on yet.

Now in CS:Source and Doom 3 after 3-10 minutes of gameplay the game just exits to the desktop out of nowhere. (sometimes makes an error sound but no box comes up)
anyway I was thinking this sounds like a memory leak, do you think my ram could be messed up from the bad motherboard. I have 1GB (2x512 Kingmax PC3500) does it sound like one of the modules is corrupted or something?
(I am running in Dual Channel btw)

I played regular CS for 15 min and it never crashed, but I havent treid longer.

This sux i really dont have money to get new ram.
 
ran a memory checker for like an hour, didnt find any errors...


possibly the video card memory?
