Ok, new to the whole overclocking and tweaking thing. I have my barton 2500+ running at 3200 with a 400Mhz FSB. Runs great at 42 degrees C. I know I can up the core voltage and get a little more umph out of it, but what about my memory?

I notice people talking about the speed/latency their memory is running at. How do you tell/change that stuff? I have an A7N8X 2.0 board nForce 2. I can tell what the bandwidth is running at with Sandra, but no clue on my latency. It's just generic stuff, but I'd like to be able to push it harder if possible. Anyways, thanks in advance for the pointers :D
 
What brand is your memory???? you might be able to run your ram with the following timings if it is decent ram..... : 7 3 3 2, you might even be able to go tighter if it is good ram...... oh, and these settings are located on the advanced settings tab in the bios, <----- same place you change the FSB of the processor :D
 
It's generic. I was looking at it yesterday. nothing special I'm sure. I think I paid in the 90s for each 512MB stick.
