Where is a good place to buy good ram heatsinks for a video card. wich will be my bfg 5900nu. i will be getting a koolance gpu cooler, so i want some cooling for my memory.

What I have always done is to pick up some square old school heatsinks and romove the fan and then cut them into 4 smaller square peices. This gives you perfect little heatsinks that look like this # but bigger. For this you will need a good table mount jig saw, sandpaper for rough edges, and adhesive thermal epoxy. Enjoy.

get some OCZ copper BGA ramsinks... I have them on my 9800pro and they are awesome.

My 3.3ns Infineon RAM on my 9800 is currently clocked at 330 with no glitches and all I have is the annodized aluminum heatsinks from Radio Shack. They're $1.60 apiece and completely rock if you lap them properly.

Sounds like those BGA ramsinks are what I would need for the Sapphire 9800Pro 256MB. It has eight total (4 on each side) of that square-looking RAM. Are those OCZ Copper BGA sinks short enough to fit under a VGA Silencer? I noticed the the height is 9mm, but didn't see specs for the aluminum OCZs. I'm also considering these TweakMonster BGA sinks at 10mm height:
