which one of these would be better:

OCZ EL PC4200 Gold 2x256

Corsair XMS Pro PC4000 2x256

Geil ultra platinum PC4000 2x256

Mushkin Enhanced PC4000 on black pcb 2x256

price difference is like 30$~ , and i have a 10$ coupon for the OCZ from an RMA ....

Well...I can tell you which one NOT to get. Hint...see sig.

Or even Kingstons Hyper X ive heard is pretty decent and a little cheaper in price

You dont need any of them. There are these fun little things called dividers you use for overclocking with PC3200 and PC3500. If you want to waste money on PC4000 and get 3-5% less performance by all means go ahead :).

I would recommend Mushkin PC3500 lvl 1 or lvl 2.

considering im using an SB75G2, im divider-less at the moment :) i plan tot run my 2.4c at 250fsb 1:1 , i dont care about cas timings. im leaning towards the mushkin atm

I didn't realize the shuttle boards were divider-less.

But CAS latency isn't the only thing thats important or even the most important of the timing settings. All the timing settings are important even the tRAS. And even if your running 250FSB 1:1 your performance especially in games will be at least 3% or more less then with PC3500 2-2-2.
