Since search is not working I just wanted to know what kind of RAM is pretty damn good with my m/b and I also have my 2.8c cpu. Saw someone mention about komusa and have heard about Geil, Corsair. Want to order a couple of sticks of 256 and just curious what I should really try for. I currently am using Corsair Value Select Dual Channel 2 x 256 PC3200 and am hoping with better RAM I can really set my computer at 250 MHz or maybe a little higher and be stable.

Thanks, oh by the way I currently am running this set up at 230 FSB @ 3224 or so.

Thanks.

im running pc4200 ocz, and it can run at 270fsb 1:1. one thing i dont like about the ocz is that it doesnt run very well at lower speeds while trying to tighten the timings, its really meant for high fsb's

i shouldnt have bought this ram because i plan on going much higher than 266fsb, but the ram runs at rated speed and i do get 6.3gb/s of memory bandwidth with it ;)

Hey, thanks for sharing. Got my PC3200 a couple of weeks ago and after lots of reading and more reading, would like to get some decent RAM, not that what I have sucks that bad, but would like to try and use 1:1 ratio or perhaps a higher 5:4.

Thanks
