Memory for i5 overclocking?

What speed DDR3 should I be looking at to overclock a typical 2500k/Z68 setup? Not lookng for anything extreme, will be air cooled.
 
You shouldn't need anything special as the overclocking is going to be done on the multiplier. I'd look to see what the fastest memory your board supports (DDR3 1600 maybe?) and get some of that, but I ran a 2500k with DDR3 1333 and didn't notice any issues.
 
What kirbyrj said. I picked up G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 ram. Since the i5-2500k is unlocked by default, all you have to do to overclock is change the multiplier.
 
OCing with SB and the like is no longer limited by RAM speed, you use to OC by changing the FSB, now its done by the multi, so RAM speed is independently adjusted from CPU speed. You could run 1333 or 2400, neither will "limit" your OC and very few apps make use of extra RAM bandwidth other than benching.

This RAM has been hailed by many, stock, the speed is fine but the timings are pretty shitty, but the RAM OCs like a beast, people hitting 2000MHz+ with low timings seem to be common all while staying under 1.5v.
