Memory for Celeron-D

I'm trying to build a (very) budget system for my son's b-day... (He's only going to be 5, he doesn't need much yet!) I'm going to build with a Celeron D processor and was looking at the ASUS Terminator2 T2-R barebones system... I picked up one of the MadDog DVD-R's the other day for $9 (thanks to [H]otdeals forum, still need to send in the rebate)... And I've got a 40Gb HD that's been on a shelf for a couple months now...

Only part left is RAM...
Question I have is, I have some old Kingston PC2100 (DDR266)RAM... Is that all I need for the CeleronD? I'm guessing it is, but I'm just looking for verification...

yes, PC2100 is fine.
Ideally you should have 2 sticks for dual channel (assuming you have an 865/875 motherboard), but it's not required.
 
Dell has a 2.4GHz Celeron machine with 512MB of RAM for $250 after rebate.

2.4Ghz Celeron
Intel 875 motherboard with graphics
512MB PC2700
40GB HDD
48X CD-ROM
1.44MB Floppy
No keyboard
No mouse
No OS

$350 - $100 rebate = $250

Install what ever OS you want and get a kid size mouse and keyboard and your all set.
