This might be a basic question, but i cant seem to find an answer, I apologize in advance if this has been posted before.

How much does using a divider hurt performance. For example, my memory will do about 210mhz. So am I better off doing a 1:1 divider and running at 2100mhz, or using a 5/4 divider and running my cpu at 2500mhz?

From what I understand, memory dividers aren't really a performance issue with the A64s because the memory controller is built-in.

So generally, you get more performance from raising the mhz than you lose from using a divider.
