Your really only using the divider to keep your ram at a speed it will run reliably. If your using pc3200 you want to shoot for a fsb (240ish fsb=ddr400 using 5/6 aka 166 divider) that brings it back close to 400 so your not losing any speed.
Not critical to the operation of the system at all to get it back to 400.
