I am looking for PC2700 ram for my NF7-S and was wondering what difference the organization, buffering, and error checking and voltage, CAS latency, is. Does this stuff make a difference in compatibiliy? I read the sticky and learned what buffering and Error checking is buy what about cas latency and voltage specs? Will pretty much any Mushkin DDR ram work in the NF7-S? Thanks in advance. :)

here's what you do.
go to www.newegg.com
look up your motherboard, click on its picture to go to its full product description.
see what RAM it says it's compatable with, if not listed, go to the manufacturer's website and look it up yourself.

Dont worry about the voltage specs. Just buy something from Mushkin, Corsair, or Kingston for the best quality of memory. Any PC2700 will work in that motherboard as long as there isn't a known incompatibility with that specific brand. For CAS latency you just want to purchase the RAM with the lowest timings you can afford. Lower is ALWAYS better.
