Memory choices

I'm torn between a few different ram choices, that and if 2x2gb at higher timings would be better than 4x1gb at CAS4. Ultimately it comes down to the amount of sticks vs timings; prices end up around the same, if a little cheaper for the 2gb sticks. Here's my list so far:

only difference is the heatspreader color, and $50 for slightly lower timings w/ higher voltage.

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail $119.99 x2
DDR2 1GB PC6400 LLK PATRIOT $39.99 x4

Then, theres the crucial and patriot, CAS4, of which I would be getting 4 sticks of. They all seem pretty reliable from reviews and have been posted around the forums multiple times, some help deciding would be great. It'll be going with a q6600 and a ABIT IP35 Pro for a medium OC. Here's another question, would the heat from 4x sticks warrant something like the CORSAIR CMXAF1 Fans, or is it uneeded with good case airflow?

I would go with the first of your choices if you want just 2 sticks, otherwise i would go with the crucial. 4 sticks of ram definitely will put out some heat so you want to make sure you have good case ventilation and possibly look into a ram cooler.
