I have a memory card read (dont know if thats the proper name) but anyway I took out the memory stick from my camera and put it in the drive, how do I access those pictures?
 
Assuming the memory card reader is working correctly, if you open your "My Computer" window, under removeable storage you should have alot more drives listed. One of them is your removable memory (Windows installs a different drive letter for each slot on the reader, so if it has 4 slots for reading media, there will be 4 more drive letters)
