Member time length calculation is slightly off

Time on forum calculation is a bit off, it says 12 months but it's actually closer to 11.

If you'll notice, the measurement is in tenths of a 12 month cycle, so there will be some discrepancies here and there (in days or weeks sometimes), but at the end of the your cycle year, it all catches up to date.
