Simple question: When your system becomes unstable at a certain FSB, how's the best way to determine if the CPU or the RAM is causing the bottleneck? How can you tell which one is at its peak and which one still has more juice in it?
 
Try using a different FSB:RAM ratio. If you can drop your CPU speed and raise the memory speed higher, then the CPU is maxed out. If you still can't raise the memory speed, then it's your RAM.
 
forst thing you should do is relax your memory timings and then try to go again. if it is your ram, relaxed timings should fix it. if not, give the memory more voltage and try again with relaxed timings. if that still fails, then keep your tight timings and lower the FSB. if it is stable like that, then go back to the highest FSB you can hit till it gets unstable, and then up the Vcore voltage. sometimes your CPU will max out untill it is given more voltage. remember to watch your temps!
