So I wanted to do some apples and oranges performance comparison between iSCSI using 10gbe and SRP. I had played with SRP awhile ago on ESXi 5.5 using a howto I found with google. Worked fine. Went to try this again, and was surprised to see that mellanox apparently pulled the old (1.8.2.4) install file from their download site - it seems you now need a mellanox support contract. wtf? The only reason I care is that they apparently removed SRP support from the newer drivers. Does anyone know where I can find a copy?
