Hey guys. Need some advice:

-Only things i need this to do are: pdf/djvu stuff, openoffice, flac/wav, internet, irc, filezilla, and 1080p media
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
-As little as possible
3) Where do you live?
-Atlanta, GA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
-CPU, RAM, mobo, dvd drive, GPU,
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
-2x24" Dells
6) Will you be overclocking?
-No
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
2x24"
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
-Soon
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
-RAID
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
-Probably running either Ubuntu or XP

I'd go with the Gigabyte mobo that HG recommended. I prefer Gigabyte over Asus :)

Everything looks good from the two above me. But I think they forgot a GPU. I noticed you're running two monitors, and I doubt that mobo will support dual outputs.

Those mobos do support dual outputs. Just not dual DVI output that the OP probably needs. So that card is a decent recommendation.

Which model 24"? If they're TN panels, I doubt you'd notice the difference between Analog and Digital, therefore dropping the need for a discrete card.
