Alright, so I just got done building my first pc. I ended up finally deciding to test drive it and plugged it in. Everything came on immediate (lights, fans, etc) as well as a video signal. Startup screen began and it looked like everything was detected except for this message I get at the end:

Media Test Failed - Check Cable

I was told that was because I didn't have an OS installed, but I was afraid it might be my video card. Anyone know about this?
 
Is the message worded something like: PXE-E61: Media Test failure, Check Cable

If so, it is trying to boot from a network. This is a setting in the BIOS that can be disabled. Set it to boot from CDROM first.
