What is your prefer media player, mostly looking for good audio manager.

anything but itunes...
 
Windows Media Player with Shark007 codec pack.
 
Another vote for MPC-HC. I particularly like the minimal mode, where you can play a video with no window border or playback controls.
 
iTunes and WMP. Though most of the time I stream videos from NetFlix or Hulu.
