Media center video issue

I am still working on getting my new HTPC running properly. First here is some info on my setup: Vizio L42 720p connected to a Denon receiver, then to the HTPC. Everything is connected by HDMI. I am allso using the Intel HD 2000 graphics built in, with a hauppauge 2250 tuner. Deskop and media center are set to 1280x720. The issue is that when playing videos in media center I get dark green blocks in dark areas. When I close media center and go back to the desktop things look odd. Words or window edges have a blue/teal halo to them. If you look at say "Internet Explorer" at the top of the window, it will have "Internet explorer" off to the right in blue/teal. If I reboot it goes away, then sometimes it comes back. This seems to be the last thing keeping me from using the HTPC full time.

Here is a better discription of what happens. In Windows Media Center I get green distortion/feedback in areas while playing videos. Mostly shows up in the background. If I reboot it goes away. Once I play a video and run into this issue, the close media center, the desktop text looks odd. Again if I reboot things go back to normal. I played two 30min shows last night and everything is fine. I can even replay videos where I had the issue previously and they will play fine. Seems to be hit and miss.

I would try plugging it into the TV directly and see if it has the same behavior if so it might be a resolution/ color settings issue with the TV if it stops then you know its the receiver causing the behavior and you can (hopefully) just run an optical cable to the receiver.

Are you overclocking your Intel HD2000 in the bios?

Put all the settings to default.

I get a similar issue but my whole screen has a green tint to it.
To fix it I switch my receiver to a different input (any will do) then back to the input the HTPC is connected to. It clears it right up.

Something about the signal being sent from the HTPC, the receiver gets confused or something by it. Like the receivers were not fully designed for PCs but more like consoles, DVD players, etc. hope that helps.
