A friend of mine and myself put together his new conroe system tonight. All of the hardware is installed fine and we were installing Windows Media Center Edition 2005 and after we put in disc two when prompted it says that we need to intall disk two to install some files, disk two was already in though, so we started over two more times both with the same error. Finally we hit cancle when it asks us to put disc two in and it runs through the instalation the rest of the way and we are able to get into windows but, Internet Explorer and all of the network things aren't there. I'm not sure what to do. Does any one have any ideas? The files that it was looking for were .dll files I'm guessing that we got a bad disc but I'm not sure.
