Media center and xbox 360 error

whenever i start my windows media center on my xbox 360, it tries to connect and says

session terminated

Another user or application on the windows media center-based PC has dosconnected this device.


and when i check my pc it has an error message.

Csrss.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because basesrv was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

I tried google, and couldn't find anything. I also looked under my System32 folder and found basesrv.dll and csrss.exe. I tried redownloading basesrv and nothing. Am i doing something wrong? Can you guys please help me?
