Hello all, I found this neat keyboard with MX Clear switches and was wondering if anybody every try using it before. I don't program but type a lot and currently using a Shine II with brown switches.

It all comes down to preference, people generally consider blues the best for typing (as opposed to gaming, even though I love gaming on my blues). Browns and clears are tactile like blues but aren't clicky (and the actuation point isn't felt as much). It all comes down to what you like better, I would prefer my blues (maybe even greens if I ever get try them) but clears are pretty similar. I don't know what switches you've tried but note the actuation forces of each switch here (http://www.overclock.net/t/491752/mechanical-keyboard-guide#post_6009482).
 
Thank you for your input. I tried Reds, Blues, Browns and Blacks. I have yet to try Green or Clear and I'm interested in them. Brown so far is my favorite but I like the tactile feel of blues but prefer a heavy actuation force. Do blues seem heavy to bottom out for you?
 
hey ... so i just looked at there page and they have a poll about which switches to use on the next batch of these things and I seems likely the next batch will be blues or browns based on what it says on the poll (clears are not an option and blues are winning the vote w/ browns near behind.)

which is both a bummer (for me) and a great thing... cause I have a very nice WASD V1 my wife bought me for xmas and also a Rosewill 9000 also...(browns and reds respectively) my wife would likely hit me in the head w/ it if i bought that code one as well but the white backlights and mx-clears are calling my name.....


this code keyboard is basically a variant of the WASD V2 (same casing) but different internals ...btw.
