MCW5002 or White Water?

Alright guys, i'm finalizing my water cooling plans, i was wonder if there is much of a performance difference between the MCW5002 and a white water cpu block?

The MCW5002 seems much easier to setup and lookes cleaner...but if the white water easily out performs it for better cooling...then i'll get the white water
 
There is no competition (unless you are using a peltier of course) that the whitewater is a superior block in performance.
