I have had a leak test running for about 9 hours now and the pump is still quite loud. It is pretty quiet from 1-3 but on up it is too loud. there are still a lot of miniature bubbles working their way out but I feel something might be wrong. What i am hearing is a fast "whoosh" similar to a shower or waterfall. Suggestions?

shake your pump, I thought I had all the bubles our of my loop but my pump was very loud. I gave it a good shake and alot of little bubble dislodged and my pump became 10x quieter

Thanks a lot that is doing the trick, I was worried that it was damaged! :)

you can also start/stop cycle it a few times to get the air out.
