mcp350 Pump making more noise

I got the swiftech mcp350 pump and it has started to make a sand-grinding noise as of the past few weeks...It doesn't seem terrible but it is noticable. My question is, does anyone else experience this and if so, is it a bad thing or normal?

What I am thinking:
1) maybe some air in the system
2) normal vibration
3) pump is going sour

I will post specs if needed

Show some pics the other person had kind of same problem and it was his tubing and it started to kink.

I'll check for kinks since it is a SFF watercooling job. I do have coolsleeves but still a few sharp bends. It does sound like the noise is directly from the pump though. Would this still be a kinking problem you think?
