Need some advice from other Nvidia 680i LT users (I think 680i also has the same problem). The MCP Fan is pretty loud. Not only loud, but it's a whining screeching noise to make it extra annoying.
Anyway if I turn it down to 80% it becomes bearable. My question is if I'm overclocking my system by quite a bit (Q6600 at 3.6GHz, SLI 8800GTs at 700MHz) Do I need this fan at 100% or will 80% be fine? Please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's a working temp monitor for the MCP Fan so I can't even test it out....
