mcafee troubles

Ok well I did restore to a previous date on my computer it all went good then it told me to reinstall mcafee do to errors... well it wouldnt uninstall so I dealted everything manually and was removed since even add/remove programs wouldnt remove it and yes I had mcafee installed on the date I went back to.

Well heres the Problem everything else installs fine the Mcafee Firewell,Spam Killer (installs but gers errors doesnt work.

So Everything I select will install except mcafee Privacy Center and when I select that or all options it says Sorry mcafee was interupted no changes have been made on your computer please try again later!!!

Any thoughts?

I have a firewall adware,spybot, substitute (Stinger for now), I really want a virus scanner!!!!

could i remove the mcafee files on my other comp and write them over this one?
