MC655 foam pad replacement?

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for the MC655 double sticky sided foam pad? I 'm installing it in a new system and the original got ruined while I was uninstalling it from the original setup.

I don't want to bolt it, so if anyone knows of a local brick and mortar place or etailer where I could find something suitable, that'd be great.
