Pretty much every time my computer wakes up from being put to sleep it is unable to connect to the internet (wireless). This happens anywhere I go so I figured it was the computer and not the networks I'm in. After restarting the computer everything is normal and the internet works but even after a while of being on the computer for a while the internet just stops working. Again, restarting it fixes the problem temporarily but it always ends up happening again. Anyone else have this problem or know what it could be? Thanks

I've had this happen to me a couple of times. Turning the wireless off and back on again usually fixes it for me.

I had the exact same problem, and it was annoying as hell. 10.5.2 almost fixed it for me. Nine times out of ten wireless works after hibernation now. The only way to fix it that last 10% is a restart, though.

By turning off the internet do you mean disabling Airport through the system preferences or something with the router or modem? I'm going to try updating today but as far as I know my computer is all up to date and the problem comes up fairly consistently. After just being on now and working for more than an hour the internet just stops working. It really makes homework annoying. Anymore suggestions? I'm calling Apple tonight after I get out of class.
