MBM Case Temp Probe is HIGH!

I'm ocin my Barton 2500+ past the speeds that I had it while on air.

With air it was 11x200@1.7v 55c

Now with a water cooling setup im 12.5x184@1.85v 40c

Thing is my cpu is at a good temp for the voltage its at. But the case temp is reporting 60c from mother board monitor. Now is this probe the actual air in the case, the air off the cpu or the mobos temp?

If anyone could let me know exactly what the case temp probe is monitoring and if that specific device is just fine at 60c, lmk!
