Unsure where to post this. Over the last week or two my 12V rail voltage readings as measured by motherboard sensors have dropped for 11.97 - 11.90 2 weeks ago to 11.90 - 11.83 last week now today they suddenly read 11.83 - 11.77. The voltage as measured by a DMM reads 12.17 - 12.20 which if anything is HIGHER than they were last week when I checked (I have 12.09 - 12.17 written down). After watching PSU 12V rail as measured by a DMM from a 12V molex connecter it has hovered at 12.20 but did have a surge as high as 12.30. Any idea's; Is something going bad on the MB or PSU?

Check it with a multimeter. Only way to know. Motherboard sensor's are not accurate.

thanks first thing I did.

DMM=Digital multimeter ;)

I think I may have figured out what's happening. It was related to an earlier problem with my dual power supplies somehow one PSU shut down (I may have exceeded the voltage draw on the 5V line). I think that resulted in some odd grounding circuit for the 2nd PSU because the 12V rail was only showing 8V instead of it's usual 13V. Anyway I unplugged the second PSU and it reset and now I'm getting 13V again and the 5v rail is back and my primary PSU is back to 11.90 on MB sensors.

Eh.......sorry. The number of threads we get that start with my voltages are flucked according to BIOS, MBM5 etc.................

No worries, If i'd been more thorough with my first check I wouldn't have posted at all
