Maybe an FAQ on Protiens?

As someone that just came back after years, I notice that there are no real FAQs about what the heck you guys are talking about.

Gros? Tinkers? What's an AMBER?
How do I ditch a protien I don't want to fold? How do I make sure I don't get huge protiens there is no way I could reach the deadline on?

Simple stuff.

I'm not in this for the points, but I do like to feel like I am accomplishing something, and a 104d 5000 frame Gromac isn't going to help me feel all warm and fuzzy...

Anyway, could we get that FAQ sticky to be a little more informative?

step 1: never ditch a protien :D

Stanford keeps up a pretty good FAQ section that'll answer most questions...

Might be a good idea for us to develop an FAQ that'll address those questions you ask...

Keep on Folding!! For the [H]orde!!

QFT

If no one else jumps on it, I can try and throw something together over the weekend
Winner!! PM me the stuff and I will post it in the FAQ

going through some of this stuff. I don't know enough about any of it to make sense if it is important or not for the FAQ.. since it is all a little over my head and research area :p

so if someone else wants to make heads or tails of it and put it into laymans terms :D

Feel FREE!

A FAQ might be as simple as what switches to use to promote getting different portions.

Obviously, all the work is important and necessary so ditching a protein you don’t think has enough points only complicates it for everyone else

Perhaps what portions seem to fold better on different platforms at different (cpu) speeds.

Just some quick thoughts late at night
