MAXTOR 200gb SATA problem

Ok guys need your help IMPORTANT

i had 4 partitions (NTFS) on my 200gb SATA MAXTOR

i dont know what happened two of the partitions C and D went corrupt (unreable data error)

E and F are fine and i backup all my data from them , whever i run any recovery tool on partition C and D i get a blue screen error and system reboots , please tell me anything useful by which i can recover my data back

i think DISK is physically damaged or something but cant i get any data from it ?
