Is Maxtor going to be producing a Raptor equivalent anytime soon?
 
For the desktop or the enterprise? The Raptor is aimed at the enterprise market, which is full of competitors, including Maxtor. I could easily see a derivative of the Maxtor Atlas family to the desktop. It's not a matter of whether or not Maxtor is able to deliver, it's more about whether the market is lucrative enough for Maxtor to pursue. I'm still undecided on whether it is or not.
