Whats the difference?
Only thing i've been able to find is that the maxline has a longer warrenty. Is that it? And if so, is it worth it?

Yeppers, they're the same drive. Supposedly, the MaxLine gets better components for 5 years of 24/7 power-on use. I really don't think the SATA MLIII is worth the price premium over the DM10. On the SATA versions, there's a price premium of $120 for the MLIII ($308) over the DM10 ($186). If that difference was $20-40, then the extra 2 years of warranty and 'choice components' would be worth it. That's the case on the PATA versions, the MLIII is $213, the DM10 is $182. (all price quotes off of ZZF, may not be current when you read them)

$20 is the price difference I see from my distributor. $216 for the MaxLine III (7B300S0) and $196 for the DiamondMax10 (6B300S0).
