So I've read the guides and everything and this is my setup:

4.5 ghz on 1.3 vCore, 1.6 CPU PLL, Internal PLL enabled and LLC at high.

For some reason, CPU-z shows that it never gets above 1.232v, so whenever I try to run a stress test, it blue-screens. I know it's not the vDroop, because I've tried it at several settings, from 1.25v-1.4v, so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. It worked fine at 4.1 ghz (the voltage was fine, but it's obviously not enough for the new speed), so I dunno...

Any help would be greatly appreciated =D
 
Post some screenshots (F12) of your UEFI. Maybe there is something that you're not adjusting that it preventing your vcore from adhering.
