If you're using a Thermalright/Cogage HS you may have to grind your mounting bracket down to clear capacitors:

The CPU socket is placed more inboard than my previous AM3 board. I can no longer remove/insert the motherboard plate with the heat sink installed:

I can only mount my Arrow in one direction since the solid caps get in the way of mounting the hold-down brackets in the other direction.......I could have ground it for clearance, but I'm not comfortable grinding the hold-down brackets for fear of weakening them (unlike the backplate mounting bracket):

The CPU hold-down lever: You may want to either put a rubber cap on the end of the lever or slightly bend the end of the lever tab up.......when you engage/disengage the lever, the end scratches the motherboard and hits a trace:

I had no issue installing the backplate that came with my CoolIT ECO C240. Here's what it looks like (note this was with the P8P67-M Pro board, not my new M4GZ, though I think the board layouts are fairly similar):

Hmmm.... I am using the the TRUE version A with the Rev.B bolt-thru kit for Socket 1156 with this same board...

I did not notice the problem you mention... I have my system running 24/7 for the last 3 weeks without a hitch BTW.

Should I be worried now??? I don't feel like taking it apart :(
