Is anyone else having the same problem as me?

Currently I can't get into Creative Console because there isn't any supported audio device found. The sound works though. I installed the VIA Audio Drivers and the Creative Sound Blaster X Fi MB (R19) from the asus support website. also my front panel audios messed up too. the mic and headphone slots are switched.
