All, I've noticed that with my headphones plugged in to the rear (lime green) audio jack, the sound is a lot weaker and less "rich" compared to the case's front panel.

I have have to latest 1504 bios, Realtek drivers, and am using Windows 7 64 bit. What could be causing this?

I've also noticed noticed that in the Realtek sound manager, amplification settings (I. e performance,.. extreme) only appear when I'm plugged into the front panel, and that I'm unable to select high performance or extreme. there doesn't seem to be any issues issues with port detection though, as it recognizes when something is plugged in the front, back, or both.

help!
